Alfred Esguerra

Alfred is a Registered Nurse who earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Trinity University of Asia. His passion for healthcare started early, rooted in a deep curiosity about how the body responds and heals. But it was the experience of helping care for his grandmother that truly shaped the kind of nurse he strives to be every day. For Alfred, nursing is more than a profession. He believes the best care comes from treating people like family, taking the time to listen, and being fully present in both the good and difficult moments. At St. Agatha, he's proud to be part of a team that goes above and beyond, showing up for patients and the community in a real, meaningful way. His goal is simple: to make every person feel cared for, respected, and treated like family. Outside of work, Alfred stays active at the gym and on the court, playing pickleball and basketball. He's a proud dad to his two kids, Daniella and AJ, who bring endless joy and remind him every day why he does what he does. And when it comes to comfort food, tacos are always the answer, all flavors welcome.
